    • What’s the thing you run to when life feels heavy? Work? Perfection? Your phone? Write it down. Awareness breaks shame.
    • Pick a daily time to shut work down… and actually honor it.
  2. Schedule Joy, Not Just Tasks.
    • Put relationships, rest, and fun on your calendar as non-negotiables.
  3. Redefine Success.
    • Each morning, write: “Success today means…” and include something not tied to work.
  4. Practice “No.”
    • Say no to one unnecessary task this week and notice that the world didn’t fall apart.
      • In those moments, make one different choice—a walk, a call to a friend, a prayer, journaling. Tiny nudges create big shifts.
