- Set Stop Times.
- What’s the thing you run to when life feels heavy? Work? Perfection? Your phone? Write it down. Awareness breaks shame.
- Pick a daily time to shut work down… and actually honor it.
- Schedule Joy, Not Just Tasks.
- Put relationships, rest, and fun on your calendar as non-negotiables.
- Redefine Success.
- Each morning, write: “Success today means…” and include something not tied to work.
