Rubber Meets the Road:

1. Pick ONE tool and practice with it this week.
   • Don’t overwhelm yourself with five subscriptions. Start with ChatGPT or Canva AI. Use it to draft an email, brainstorm social posts, or create one graphic. The goal is to try it—not to be perfect.
2. Set a timer.
   • When you test an AI tool, give yourself a boundary: 30 minutes to play, then apply. That way you don’t fall into a rabbit hole. Treat it like a tool, not a toy.
3. Create a “save time” list.
   • Ask yourself: What tasks eat up the most time each week? Write them down. Then circle the top two. That’s where AI can help you first.
4. Add one automation.
   • If you’re already using a CRM or email system, explore the AI/automation features built in. Even something simple like auto-tagging contacts, sending reminders, or summarizing meetings is a game changer.
5. Schedule a monthly “AI check-in.”
   • Put 30 minutes on your calendar once a month. Use that time to review what’s working, what you’re saving, and whether there’s a new tool worth testing. That way you stay current without chasing shiny objects.
