Redefine Success in the Storm

Rubber Meets the Road: 5 Steps to Redefine Success in the Storm

  1. Set a Daily Standard, Not a Distant Goal ➤ Choose one action you can control every single day: calls, emails, reach-outs, follow-ups and make that your new success metric.
  2. Measure What Moves You ➤ Track consistency, energy, effort, and connection not just sales. Success in a storm is about showing up, not just cashing in.
  3. Celebrate Progress Weekly ➤ Every Friday, write down 3 things you did that moved the needle even if no one else saw them. Train your brain to see the wins.
  4. Create a “Momentum Map” ➤ List 5 actions that give you energy or spark results, even in slow seasons. Post it where you work and do one every day.
  5. Redefine Your Win for This Season ➤ What does success really look like for you right now? Maybe it’s rebuilding discipline, reconnecting with your network, or protecting your mindset. Name it. Own it. Chase that.
