Cut the Fluff, Keep the Fuel

Rubber Meets the Road: 4 Ways to Simplify and Accelerate

  1. List Everything You’re Doing—Then Ruthlessly Cut What Doesn’t Move the Needle ➤ Take 10 minutes. Write down every task, project, or commitment. Circle the 3 that actually create growth, income, or impact. The rest? Either delegate it, schedule it later, or let it go.
  2. Define Your “One Thing” for the Next 30 Days ➤ What’s the single most important outcome you need to move forward? Just one. Build your schedule around it. Say no to anything that doesn’t support it.
  3. Create One Repeatable System This Week ➤ Choose a process you do often (i.e. follow-up, onboarding, content creation, etc.) and document it. A system saves your brainpower and keeps the quality high, even when life gets busy.
  4. Block 90 Minutes a Day for Deep Work—No Exceptions ➤ Turn off notifications. Close tabs. Get into the zone. You don’t need more hours. You need more clarity in the ones you have.
