  • Actionable steps from today’s episode:
    1. Name What You’ve Drifted From
Ask yourself: â€śWhere have I drifted?”
Is it your faith? Your core values? A dream? A sense of self? A relationship with God?
Write it down—name it with honesty.Practical Tip: Often, drift shows up where you feel most numb, lost, or disconnected. Pay attention to those areas.
    2. Reach Out to What Once Grounded You
Identify one person, practice, or place that once grounded you. Reach out or return to it this week.
Examples: A trusted mentor. A place of worship. A daily prayer practice. A nature spot. A journaling habit.Practical Tip: Don’t wait to “feel ready”—action often reignites connection and clarity.
    3. Reaffirm One Core Value
Ask yourself: â€śWhat do I still believe in, even now?”
Choose one core value—faith, integrity, compassion, courage, service, etc.—and reaffirm it in writing.Practical Tip: Each morning this week, read that value aloud and ask: â€śHow can I live this today?”
    4. Take One Small “Return” Action
Choose one small step that reconnects you with your faith, purpose, or self.
Examples: Read one chapter of a spiritual book. Call someone who lifts your spirit. Revisit an old dream. Attend one service or meeting.Practical Tip: Progress is built in small, consistent returns—grace over perfection.
