Actionable Steps:
- Pause Before You Eat. Ask: “Am I hungry, or am I feeling something else?” Write it down.
- Identify Emotional Triggers. Notice patterns—stress, loneliness, exhaustion. Awareness breaks the cycle.
- Create Alternative Comforts. Replace eating with another soothing action: journaling, walking, calling a friend, prayer, or breathwork.
- Practice Mindful Eating. Slow down. Eat without screens. Savor each bite. Give food its proper place again.
