I know what you might be thinking... no, I did not forget to do the newsletter at the beginning of the month. I wanted to wait to do a mid-month check in with you, so let's dive in!
Have you already honored yourself by taking the time to reflect on your lessons learned from last year? Statistics say we learn more from what we do wrong than what we do right.
Have you reflected on the areas of thankfulness and gratitude in your life from 2022?
Have you written out your goals for your life in the below areas? Set one goal per category to start:
- Relationships (not including family)
Once you write out those goals... have you determined the activities and behaviors you need to do in order to achieve those goals?! Have you prioritized them?
Knowing your goals and how you will achieve them will help you live a life with intention, less stress, more focus, and higher achievement. You are worth the time! You matter!! My team and I are here to help you.
